The Flaming Courier Launches Web Content

The Flaming Courier (TFC), the student publication of the University of Pangasinan (Upang), Senior High School (SHS) department, officially launches its web content last October 10, 2016 under the domain of phinmaupang.wixsite.com/theflamingcourier.

SHS students of Phinma-UPang can now be updated on news and events on the website handled by TFC technical advisor, Mr. Paul Vincent Jimenez.

Prior to its launch were at least two screenings and a general meeting where the members of the staff were finalized and self-introductions were made.

The school newspaper called The Flaming Courier, with its tagline “Sharing stories that ignite” is headed by its three-person Editorial Staff; Rodessa Locana, Associate Editor; Angela Kate Estrada, Managing Editor; and Marecar Veniegas, Editor in Chief. The website was put up by their Online Content Administrator Anjelly Joy G. Palaspas.

Sir Paul Vincent Jimenez said that he hopes to see The Flaming Courier function as a self-sufficient publication requiring only his supervision. He also looks forward to the advancements it may make in the latter part of the year when it joins the Division School Press Conference (DSPC) in November
